How to: Change default reminder times.
Solution:
Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. Select the 'Default' tab and change default times.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click 'Default' tab.
Change reminders
3) To change appointment reminders:
a) Select the 'Set reminders for appointments automatically' check box.
b) Type the time period before the reminder should sound in the available boxes (or click on the arrows to select a time period).
4) To change task reminders:

a) Select the 'Set reminders for tasks automatically' check box.
b) Type the time period before the reminder should sound in the available boxes (or click on the arrows to select a time period).
5) (Optional) Click the 'General' tab and do any of the following:
a) Select the 'Set daily reminder' check box to be reminded daily for tasks.
b) Select the 'Sound audible alarm' check box to have an alarm sound.
NOTE: The system must be multimedia equipped to sound audible alarms.
c) Select the 'Enable reminders' check box to enable reminders.
6) Click 'OK'.
